Shipping and Handling

During the checkout procedure the system will calculate the postage based on the shipping address and the weight of your order. You will have the option at that stage to cancel your order before payment. We endeavour to despatch all orders received within one business working day subject to clearance of funds. Business working days are Monday to Friday excluding public holidays.

We use Royal Mail First-Class Recorded Delivery method to despatch orders within the United Kingdom. Most First Class items get delivered next working day though this is not guaranteed.

The Royal Mail estimates Delivery to Europe within 3 working days and World wide within 5 working days though we would allow up to 7 days or more. We may also use Courier Services where appropriate. Taxes & Duties:

Goods shipped outside of the European Union (EU) are not charged VAT (Value Added Tax) currently at 20%. However, there may be local customs or duties to pay by the recipient. Please be aware that all countries have different fees and procedures for incoming packages. Please check with the country’s customs office for precise charges, if any, before placing your order.
